Return, Cancellation and Remake Policy

Before proof approval
You may cancel for a full refund until the digital proof is explicitly approved. Because production and shipment have not started at that point, we will fully refund every product and shipping amount collected by the store for the cancelled order.

After proof approval
Production starts immediately after explicit approval. A customer-requested cancellation, change, or return after approval can be considered only when the production stage permits it. You are responsible for committed material, production, remake, return, and shipping costs that result from an approved request. We will state any applicable cost before proceeding. This does not limit a remedy required by applicable law.

Our error
If the delivered belt does not match the approved proof because of an error by us or our production partner, we will remake the affected item at no charge. We may request clear photographs of the belt, embroidery, packaging, and shipping label to confirm the issue.

Transit damage, loss, or material delivery error
If an order arrives damaged, is suspected lost in transit, or is materially incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a suspected loss. Retain the item, all packaging, the shipping label, and clear photographs. Do not repair or return the item before we provide instructions. We will lead the carrier claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy; your remedy does not depend solely on carrier reimbursement. This process does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider and financial institution. Before proof approval, all product and shipping amounts collected by the store are fully refundable. Import duties or taxes already remitted to a third party might not be recoverable; this applies only where such third-party amounts were actually collected or remitted.
