Terms of Sale

1. The on-screen belt preview is a guide and is not final production artwork.
2. The digital proof controls spelling, script, thread color, position, dojo information, and rank details.
3. You must review the entire proof before approval.
4. You confirm that submitted names, dojo names, marks, and other content can lawfully be used for the order.
5. Production begins only after explicit proof approval.
6. After approval, a customer-requested cancellation, change, or return is considered only when the production stage permits; the customer covers committed costs, subject to applicable law.
7. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot meet a stated shipping estimate, we will provide a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund.
8. Product price, shipping charges, and the applicable import-charge method are shown before checkout.
9. We do not declare a false value or mark a commercial order as a gift.
