Shipping Policy

Made-to-order production and capacity
Each belt is prepared to the specification in your approved digital proof. Production begins only after we receive your explicit approval. Any production estimate shown for the belt begins after proof approval, not when the order is submitted.

The initial release is limited to 20 paid orders. If we cannot meet a stated shipping estimate, we will provide a revised date and let you either accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund, as required by applicable law.

Shipping options for the United States
Japan Post is USD 60 total and is available for one belt only. The amount includes shipping, a prepaid estimate/reserve for U.S. import charges and customs clearance, and a USD 10 Japan handling fee. The customs amount is an estimate, not a guarantee: it does not guarantee a customs assessment, clearance outcome, or amount assessed by authorities. We will verify the workflow and provisional amount against the first actual shipment.

Yamato International shipping is approximately USD 24 for 1–2 belts or USD 40 for 3–5 belts. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, or carrier collection fees are not included and may be collected from the recipient before delivery. Online checkout accepts no more than five belts; contact us for a group shipping quote for six or more.

Delivery estimates and address issues
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier operations, weather, and destination conditions can affect delivery. We do not declare a false value or mark a commercial order as a gift.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or recipient-paid import charges were not paid, we will contact you before arranging another shipment. Any additional shipping charge must be disclosed and accepted before reshipment.
